Data collected through the contact form

When you fill in the "Contact" form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. This data is sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms, which delivers it to our mailbox so we can reply to you. It does not pass through, or get stored on, a database of ours.

Legal basis: processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or on the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request if you contact us about a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Purpose and retention

Data is processed solely to respond to your request and manage any resulting contractual relationship. Since we don't store it in a database of our own, retention is governed by Web3Forms' policies and your own mailbox; you can still ask us at any time to delete messages we've received.

Data recipients

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms (Web3Forms, United States), which receives the data entered in the form and forwards it to our email; it acts as an external data processor as part of a transfer outside the EU. The 360° virtual tour embeds a Google map (Google Ireland Limited), loaded only if you consent via the cookie banner or the dedicated button — at that point Google may receive technical browsing data under its own privacy policy. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. To exercise them, write to domerelaxexperience@gmail.com.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) at www.garanteprivacy.it, or with your own country's supervisory authority.

Cookies used

Necessary technical cookie: dome_admin_session, used solely to keep the login session for the site's restricted admin area active. It's a session cookie, protected (HttpOnly), never used for profiling, tracking, or advertising. Under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code it doesn't require prior consent.

Optional third-party content: the "360° Virtual Tour" section embeds a Google map. It doesn't load automatically: it only appears if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner or press the dedicated button in that section itself. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, independent of ours. You can revoke that choice by clearing this site's browsing data in your browser.

This site does not use statistical analytics or third-party marketing cookies.
